We place critical roles in cloud, data, AI, and security. Candidates go through real technical interviews by Legion senior architects before reaching your shortlist. First shortlist in two to four weeks with written feedback, and a no-cost replacement guarantee within 90 days.

Staff Augmentation

Pre-validated senior specialists embedded directly into your team for 3, 6, or 12 months. They work inside your rituals, tools, and metrics from week one. Minimum 3 months, 30-day off-boarding notice, no penalties.

Dedicated Squads

Pre-built full-stack teams with a tech lead, senior engineers, and QA that have already worked together. They can plug into your process or run as an independent cell with biweekly deliveries. Minimum 6 months.
